Are you a property agency?

No, we’re not. EasyStayCM is a locally owned and operated rental service. We own and manage all our apartments, allowing us to provide a personalized and seamless experience without intermediary fees.

Where are the apartments located?

All of our apartments are located in the vibrant Nimman area of Chiang Mai — a lively, connected neighborhood full of cafés, coworking spaces, fitness studios, restaurants, and local shops. Everything is within walking distance.

What’s included in the rent?

Each apartment comes fully furnished with:

  • Private bathroom
  • Kitchenette with large fridge, stove, rice cooker, and microwave
  • Work desk with external monitor
  • Air conditioning
  • Smart TV
  • 500 Mbps high-speed Wi-Fi
  • Secure digital locks (except Cozy Retreat)
  • One-time check-out cleaning
  • Electricity and water

     

The Cozy Retreat includes a balcony and a king-size bed. The Modern Studio and Budget-Friendly Base both have twin beds.

What internet speed can I expect?

Each unit is equipped with reliable 500 Mbps fiber-optic internet — fast and stable enough for streaming, calls, and remote work.

Do the apartments have work-friendly setups?

Yes. Every apartment includes a proper desk, ergonomic chair, and an external monitor — ideal for remote work.

What amenities are included?

  • Full kitchenette (large fridge, stove, microwave, rice cooker)
  • Comfortable bed and bedding
  • Smart TV
  • Digital lock (except Cozy Retreat)
  • Balcony (only Cozy Retreat)
  • Cleaning on departure
  • Optional mid-stay cleaning (400 THB/visit)

Is the building safe ?

Yes. The building has security staff and CCTV in common areas. Chiang Mai is a very safe city, and we’ve had no reported issues.

What about my privacy?

We respect your privacy. No one will enter your apartment without notice and your permission. There are no cameras inside the apartments.

Are the apartments noisy?

Our units are in a lively neighborhood, but double-glazed windows help reduce street noise. Still, occasional city sounds may occur. If total silence is essential, let us know.

Are the apartments in new buildings?

They’re in well-maintained, older buildings that have been fully renovated. If you prefer new high-rise towers, there are other options in Chiang Mai — but we prioritize homey comfort and functionality.

What are the apartment rules?

We like to keep things simple. No long lists — just basic respect:
Keep it clean, avoid yelling at night, and be mindful of your neighbors.

Is there a deposit required?

No deposit is required for short stays.
However, if you stay longer than 2 months and choose to pay for electricity based on actual usage, we request a refundable deposit equal to one month’s rent.

Are there any hidden fees?

No hidden fees. Your rent includes all utilities (Wi-Fi, water, electricity up to 500 THB/month). If your usage exceeds that, we show you the bill and kindly ask for the difference.
Since we started these apartments in July 2024, no guest has exceeded that amount.

Is there a minimum stay?

No strict minimum. But if you want to stay less than a month, send us a quick message and we will let you know availabilities.

Can I view the apartment before booking?

To respect the privacy of current guests, we don’t offer in-person viewings. But we provide accurate photos and clear descriptions on our website.

How do I book an apartment?

It’s simple:

1. Check availability online

2. Pick your dates

3. We confirm and send a short agreement

4. You pay 1,000 THB to reserve (deducted from first rent)

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept:

  • Cash
  • Thai bank transfers
  • International payments via Revolut or Stripe (+3% fee)

Can I pay the rent in cash?

Yes. Cash is always accepted. You can also pay via Revolut or Stripe if preferred.

What is your cancellation policy?

The booking fee (1,000 THB) is non-refundable. If you cancel, please notify us early so we can re-open the calendar.

Can I extend my stay?

Yes — we’re happy to extend your stay if the apartment is available. Just let us know as soon as possible.

Is cleaning available during my stay?

Yes. One professional cleaning is included at checkout. Additional cleanings can be arranged for 400 THB per visit.

Is help available during my stay?

Absolutely. Our small local team is always just a message away.

How does check-in work?

You’ll receive a personal access code for your digital lock via email before arrival. No key exchanges. No waiting. Just arrive and walk in.
